Sales Page(s)
Please see the walk-through page on sales and catalogue pages here for
a visual description of what you will see with notes to explain individual

here). Sales pages are the pages that list categories of products
(see below). You can set up the following options:
Template setting
- choose the template html file that is used as the basis of the layout
(this is the same as the catalogue template, which is kept in a special
directory on your server.
Editing sales page
heading - The heading that appears at the top of the page
Editing sales page text -
There is unlimited an text area that you can use to explain about
your site.
Number of categories listed per
sales page - decide how many categories will be listed per
page. If you have 20 categories of products and you decide to list
10 per page then you will end up with two sales pages of category
listings.

How do I add a product category?
Fill in the desired category name and choose the display order and hit
add category. The display order chooses the order in which the category
appears in the menu, 1 being highest in the list, higher numbers being
lower down or to the right.
Addition of categories
- Add a category and specify it's heading and the text that will appear
on the category page to describe the category in more detail.
Importing categories
- this is done on the product page but does not fill in the category
text description.
Exporting categories-
this is done on the product page but does not export the category text
description.
Template for category
- choose the template html file that is used as the basis of the category
pages layout (this is the same as the catalogue template. This is kept
in www.yourwebsitename/shopping/standard/
Editing category
- choose to edit a category if you wish to change:
Heading for category
Text for category
Deleting Category - you
can delete a category from here but only if there are no products associated
with it.
Category export - to save
a category text area, highlight the text in the category description,
hold the [ctrl] and [C] buttons to copy the text and paste it into a
text editor, which then needs saving on your hard drive.
