If you want help with using the system, some of the questions may
be answered here but in-depth help is available in the help
section (click here).

How do I log in?
Go to the control panel (details given in your introduction e-mail). Make
sure you have written the user name and password as sent to you in the
original e-mail - if in doubt cut and paste into the user name and password
box.

Where do I find my password
We send you an original user name and password when you join up - try
finding this within your e-mail inbox.
If you have lost your password, please use the log in reminder box at
the log in control panel. Type your e-mail address (as used at sign up)
and hit 'reminder' and your user name and password will be sent to you.
Really stuck? If either of these has not worked, please contact us and
we will re send the password for you.

What is a section?
A section is an area of the site where pages can reside. Sections with
published are listed within the menus. If a user clicks on a section,
any pages within the section are displayed below the section name in the
menu structure.

What is a subsection?
Subsections are like sections, except they sit within a section. This
allows sections to be divided into useful areas, e.g. Doors is the section
and garage doors, front doors, internal doors are the subsections listed
within them.

I have added a section / subsection but it has not appeared in the menus.
Why not?
Sections and subsections only appear if there is a published pages within
them. First tick the 'publish the page' box next to the page name in the
pages list and then press the 'update pages' button. The page should now
appear within the menu structure. If it still does not, please refresh
the page view in your browser, as it will be showing an older version.

What types of pages can I have?
You can have many different standard layouts of pages. These all fit within
the original graphic design.
You select your page template from within the add page section. This can
then be filled in. There are several types of entry boxes to allow you to
add in a number of different features to a page. These are:
Text boxes - allows addition
of text into the page. You cal also add links and e-mail links, which users
can click to go to a new site or internally within your site or in order
to send you an e-mail.
Headings - allows headings
to head up areas of text.
Pictures - images with option
of link and alternative text.
News articles - text articles,
with the option of an image to the leaf or right.
Response forms - allows active
feedback from the site straight off the web page - without the visitor using
e-mail.
Embedded files - You can add
files such as Word and PDF files into your page for visitors to download.
You can also add an icon (image to represent what the file is).
Flash - Macromedia Flash files
can be uploaded into web pages for added functionality.
Your own page layout - you
can add in tables with your own layout of images, headings, text and Flash
for ultimate flexibility.

name in the menu structure.
